Poems

In the beginning, I wondered why people ever decide to start writing poetry, mainly because there are so few people who appreciate it nowadays. Then, in 1997, when felt the certain fear and meaningless related to the time we lived in, I put on the paper those things I felt deep inside me. That's how my first poem "The Truth" was born. Although lesser in quality, it paved the way for all the other ones that followed. In the long nights without electric power, which was already normal for us, poems were born in sometimes scary pace. Unfortunatelly, most of them were lost, because in 1998, I found myself on the crossroad of my life, and I left my poems thinking that chapter of poetry and fear had ended. I was wrong... Poems on this page date anywhere from 1997 till today, showing that no matter how hard we try, what's inside us, and what makes us what we are, always find it's ways, regardless of how far we try to run from it-Even 20,000 miles away.
